Two Ralphs One Trainer.

I puked twice yesterday morning. Then I rode my trainer yesterday evening. I saw Joey on the Veterans Cemetary hill climb today and he showed me how real bike riders go up hill. I haven't puked in about 8 years the last time I puked I was drunk on beer and wine while I was with my furture wife. Isn't it beer before liquor never been sicker. Liquor before beer your in the clear. Woops. Glad I don't drink anymore.

Once upon a time while I was in the Air Force I went out partying w/ Sal(a good buddy) and another dude(can't remember his name) that was the driver. We drank a lot and on the way back to the base I started feeling sick but I managed to hold off any puke-ations. Once we arrived at the dorms I got out of the truck stumbling and Sal leans over out the truck and starts puking his ass off. Then low and behold a voice is shouted from a dorm window saying, "Just go with it Sal! Just let it it go buddy! Let it all come out! Your doing a great job!" There was a duality to that experience for me. Oh how I relished the shouts from the window directed at Sal as he was in agony, yet as I stumbled on my way back to my room I was feeling the pain too. Then once I got to my bed it felt like someone strapped me to a helicopter propeller and let in run.

Brad,

82 miles today and 51 miles(including hill/power intervals) yesterday.

May I have permission to no longer report to you. I have expended all enjoyment of being your submissive bitch.

....oh yeah, whenever you feel like you're going to ralph again just imagine drinking milk from an old sweaty shoe worn by a smelly foot.

Joey. If you ride that much your legs might fall off. I have seen it. Last year about this time I rode a butt ton and after 6 days of it they just fell of on Hiway 60. I was so tired I didn't notice at first. When I did notice I had to back track and pick them up. They had been run over but beggars can't be choosers.
Good luck!

The way the weather is around here I don't think I'll be able to ride that much consistently. I don't like wet cold weather. Cold or wet on it's own is fine but not together.

You get tired? You get fatigued? "When donkeys fly" as Flo would say. I bet when you "did notice" you were probably reversing any headwind like the great Memphis Earthquake reversed the Mighty Mississippi.

My goal is to just be as half as strong as you.

This is not patronage. It is truth.
