No more soda

So I have been drinking soda a lot more than usual. After quitting for about 7 months or so, I got back on the soda train. I had 2 very bad anxiety attacks while driving to work today. I think the soda has increased my anxiety a lot. So no more soda for me. Water, juice, and smoothies. I hate this disease!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This might help

Water for me too! I love water! It is also called H2O, I think! Dad says it is a universal solvent but I just call it necessary! I heard you have a pretty culver-stream in your back yard! I bet there was all the water you could drink in that two days ago? Did you know that there is some water that is hard? It is! Dad gives me some when he gets back from being on that contraption! There is some waters that even float in the air! I see it when I take my beauty bathes! It is so good for my spots! I love spots! Did you know that Spot is a very common name for dogs?! Can I have your left over Mountain Dews?!

Melody, please avoid soda that has BOTH sodium benzoate and ascorbic acid. Alone they are fine but together they form Benzene...bad stuff.

Sometimes I check out ingredients of pop at grocery stores. Recently I have not seen that stuff in there.

We cyclists need to watch out for some energy gels too b/c they sometimes carry that stuff. I know GU had those ingredients in their stuff; I even saved an old wrapper that states the ingredients. But recently, I have not seen both SB and AA in their gels.

Tell Dad I appreciate the offer about the saddle but I think I'm going to get the Stratos since it's a little wider. I used to have a real narrow WTB saddle and I did not like it so I try to avoid the real narrow saddles.

Oh yeah, Brad avoid stuff with sodium lactate. This can cause anxiety in some people. SL is found in some cosmetics like lotions, and even some foods. Avoid it. Peace.

Oh dear Joey, I feel dirty after going to Foodtechnology.com. I wish we could all just eat like we were made and/or evolved to eat...simply. I do have my moments with junk however; so I guess I am a food technology victim too.
Did anyone notice that a few years ago Doritos' texture changed? They used to be thicker and heartier. One day I put one in my mouth and it was noticeably thinner. I imagine that some product group did a test that showed people ate them faster when the chips are in a thinner state. You would then of course eat more and buy more. I remember my first Dorito. It was a Nacho Cheese Dorito. It was summer, 1976 at a kid's house by a pond we would fish in our subdivision. I could quit cigs but I can't quit them Doritos!

I definitely have my junk food moments. I have a severe sweet tooth. My diet is on both ends of the spectrum...pretty much no middle ground for me. I eat a lot of whole grain, dark fruits and veggies, some organic stuff, pastas, etc. but I also have my moments where I'll devour a whole box of cakes(as long as there's no aluminum in there as far as I know); I'll go through a gallon of ice cream in a day; countless candy bars; pizzas; doritos; etc. Yeah the problem with Doritos is once I eat one chip then my taste buds kick into overdrive and wants more until 3/4's of a bag is gone. All that partially hydrogenated oil in that junk food is BAD stuff. But I've been taking Omega 3's for a long time as well as other stuff; and I'm going to start taking Turic powder?

Mike, I did not mean to shun you when seeing you again but I just did not want to hold you back. You really looked like you were in a zone and I didn't want to halt your groove. Peace.
